![]() I had to reach out to them numerous times and so have my friends.I was wondering if you could scan receipts from other customers, and I guess you can. They also steal and refuse to give you your earned points. I am NOT the only person who feels this way. NEVER WILL I REFER SOMEONE TO THIS BOGUS APP. Fetch are liars and I will be letting everyone know of this false claim. To make a false accusation like this when I know it in fact Isn't so. I then cashed out of a $50 gift card, in which I better receive. And to accuse and make a false accusation like this is unacceptable and untrue. How do you snap a fraudulent receipt? Seriously. I sit here and check my emails and see a message from Fetch stating I snapped a fraudulent receipt. Then a message said unable to snap again until May 14th. I tried to snap a receipt and it went through. Today again, I tried to snap my receipts and it stated May 13, it's been saying this for days. Well Fetch should make that clear when someone signs up. It seems like every time I try to snap a receipt it claims I have reached my limit. Pretty sure they are hoping if they ignore me long enough……I will go away! NOP, I'm not going anywhere…. I have sent 3 more emails sense then l have heard nothing. Emailed the picture, receipt, and snapshot of there MTN DEW POINT OFFER. RECEIPTS 2021 FOR FETCH REWARDS FULLI then went back to the store and took a picture of there shelf full of MTN DEW FLAMN HOT 12 pack cans, a $1.99. The receipt along with the product was correct. I did not, and a bottle purchase is know where on the receipt. A few days later l received an email from fetch stating that l would not get any points because l had purchased single bottles. I will have to write them, Again! Send them copy of my receipt, snapshot of their fetch's points offer and request my 50,000 points. ![]() I HAD NEVER GOTTEN SO MANY POINTS IN ONE PURCHASE. I ran to my car to get the BIG 50,000 fetch points…. HyVees was selling them (Because they were a new item for $1.99 per 12 pack……l think I fetch :) I purchased 25 12 pack cans. Dew for the boys and 50,000 points for me. Sounds good to me! My boys love any kind of Mtn Dew…. Also, friends that l had signed up started calling me with the same fetch Complaints.īUT HERE IS WHAT MADE ME GIVE THE FETCH APP 2 STARS!Ī couple of weeks ago fetch advertised "MTN DEW FLAMIN HOT" 12 pack, cans, with a purchase limit of 25, and 2000 points per 12 pack. If l did not write and request my points l never got them…. ![]() I would always have to write them and request my points. But a couple of weeks into it I realized when I purchased a item worth a lot of points I would only get the standard 25 points…when it should have been 1000, 2000…. When you snap a picture of your receipt you are supposed to be instantly rewarded with points along with fetch's cute version of a Vegas payout…I don't even gamble but it was Soooo fun! I shared it with at least 6 friends. HERE IS WHAT MADE ME GIVE THE FETCH APP ONLY 2 STARS! Up until a couple of weeks ago l liked fetch. I wish I could say that it has been fun but, to say that, I would have to lie. Maybe if I bought exactly what Fetch wants me to buy, I could reach 25,000 in under 5 years but I want to buy what I actually want to buy. The only reason that I have 5,000 points is that I buy everything I can on sale at several stores each week. That would be 100 months or over 8 years to reach 10,000 points. How long would that take you? If you buy $100 dollars in groceries each week, one receipt would give you 25 points. To reach 10,000 points at 25 points per receipt, you would need to submit 400 receipts. 10,000 points gives you around 75 $10 gift cards, or about 25 donate $10 to charities, or the same magazines as with 5,000 points or the same $1,000 contest. 5,000 points lets you, enter the same contest or order year subscriptions of magazines that I would never read. With 3,000 points you can enter a $1,000 contest. Let me give you the rundown on the point values with Fetch. The 5,614 points that I have after submitting many hundreds of dollars of receipts over several months and receiving around 25 points apiece will only get me these. Maybe a few magazine subscriptions for magazines that I don't even like. I actually save money or get money back with these programs. Coupon Cabin, Rakuten, eBates, RetailMeNot, Honey, and are all good. IBotta helped me buy my Thanksgiving dinner. I have tried them all and any one of them is better than Fetch. ![]() Fetch is the worst that I have ever seen. It isn't as if I am a newbie who has never used cashback, rebates, or reward apps before. After months of submitting hundreds of dollars in receipts, I am done with Fetch Rewards. ![]()
